Meet our Staff


Rachel Griffith is Spinning® certified through Mad Dog Spinning Certification.   Rachel started teaching in 2014, because she fell in love with Spinning and had taken it for years. Rachel loves the comradery, closeness, and friendships that form from sweating together, pushing the limits, and working incredibly hard!When taking her class, be prepared to turn up the resistance while jamming out to high energy music!


Kim Cancelliere has both spinning and primary aerobic certifications. When she’s not spinning and working out she enjoys outdoor cycling and doing triathlons during the summer. Look for her on the slopes during the winter where she is an avid skier. 

 

 


Chris Watkins is a group and personal fitness trainer who received his Fitness Training Certification from World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) and is certified in First Aid/CPR/AED. He has an MBA from Eastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Communications from Cabrini College. Chris has worked at multiple gyms throughout the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia area. He has also worked as an adjunct teacher at Northampton Community College teaching Speech Communication, Business Communications and ESL courses. He has trained and sparred in Muay Thai Kickboxing for 9 years and is currently being trained in comprehensive self-defense by Malay Combat Systems. His training philosophy is focused on creating healthy and functional strength, balance and for overall fitness and well-being.


Lauren Cancelliere, MadDog certified in spin and AFFA certified in group fitness. I have a degree in nutritional sciences from the University of Connecticut. I enjoy competing in triathlons and have completed two full Ironmans, five Half Ironmans, and two marathons, including Boston. I enjoy helping people reach their goals through fitness and food choices.
