BOOT CAMP Outside the box, outside of your comfort zone. Challenging workouts in a fun, supportive team environment. Designed to help forge mental toughness as well as build strength, endurance, and enhance the body's proper function.
CIRCUIT TRAINING Circuit Training will take you through a series of stations to achieve a total body workout. You will work out both in a group and individually, challenging yourself and working at your own pace. Circuit training is a dynamic workout that focuses on building strength and muscular endurance.
DUMBBELL BODY BLAST A one hour class designed to help create a toned, strong, balanced body using only dumbbells and your own body weight. No other equipment needed. Fitness trainer Chris Watkins teaches challenging and innovative group fitness classes.
H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training combines intervals of maximum intensity with recovery and rest. Both cardio and strength routines will get your heart pumping and fire up your metabolism to achieve a super effective workout.
INSANITY This class will push you past your limits as you alternate between long bursts of maximum intensity exercises and short periods of rest. You don’t have to be in top shape, but get ready to dig deep.
KETTLE BELL A Kettle Bell is a cast iron ball with a handle ranging in weight from 5 pounds and up. This class incorporates the Bell in dynamic swinging movements targeting almost every aspect of fitness.
PILATES Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. You will focus on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
PILOXING This exciting new sensation mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, and core-centric interval workout. Piloxing blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates.
PUMP & PEDAL ½ Spin, ½ Weight Training. This unique and dynamic class will keep you engaged as you ride in our SPINNING studio, then transition to weight training.
R.I.P.P.E.D. A total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, and the principles of R.I.P.P.E.D. - Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet. This class will help you improve and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, and extremely effective!
SPIN Spin is a non-impact cardio workout that takes place on specially designed stationary bikes. Each instructor designs their own “course” and music playlist. You control the resistance on your bike to adjust the level of exertion as you go. Spin burns up to 600 calories (or more!) per class.
STRIDE & STRENGTH Like to run? This class provides training you need, but would never do on your own. 30 minute run session (incorporating hills, sprints and trail running) followed by 30 minutes of weight training, then finishing with a cool down and stretch routine.
TABATA A high intensity interval training workout that burns fat, enhances aerobic and anaerobic capacity, and increases your resting metabolic rate! You will complete 4 minute intervals with 20 seconds of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest; repeating 8 times.
YOGA (VINYASA/VINYASA FLOW) This class is for beginners and intermediate practitioners. The emphasis is on the connection of breath with movement. Students learn the principles of basic yoga poses, so you can build a strong foundation that prepares you for advanced classes. Each student can work at their own level. Vinyasa sequences builds strength and flexibility, while increasing concentration and balance.
